Introduction
These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Website (including any sub-domains), the Extension, and the Service, and Neuron Operations Limited and its affiliates (“Neuron Operations Limited”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the owner and operator of this Website and Service. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website, Extension, or Service. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website, Extension, and Service immediately.
In these terms and conditions, “User” or “Users” means any third party that accesses the Website, Extension, or Service and is not either (i) employed by Neuron Operations Limited or any of its affiliates and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Neuron Operations Limited or any of its affiliates and accessing the Website, Extension, or Service in connection with the provision of such services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website and Service. By using the Website, Extension, or Service and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
“AI-Generated Content” means analysis results, insights, recommendations, summaries, follow-up questions, and other outputs generated by the Service's artificial intelligence systems in response to User-submitted screenshots or queries.
“Analysis” means the AI-powered processing of a User-submitted screenshot or visual capture of a dashboard page, resulting in structured insights, summaries, anomaly detection, trend identification, or actionable recommendations delivered through the Service.
“Content” means any data, text, images, screenshots, analysis results, conversation history, or other materials generated by, uploaded to, or transmitted through the Service.
“Dashboard” means any web-based data visualisation interface, including but not limited to IoT platforms, building management systems (BMS), monitoring dashboards, and similar data display pages accessed through a web browser.
“Extension” means the seenzi browser extension, distributed under the name “seenzi by Neuron” through the Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons store, or other authorised distribution channels.
“Screenshot” means a visual capture of all or part of a web page initiated by an explicit User action within the Extension's Side Panel interface.
“Service” means the Website, Extension, Web Application, API, and all related services provided by Neuron Operations Limited.
“Side Panel” means the browser side panel interface through which the Extension delivers its core functionality, including analysis initiation, result display, conversation history, and settings.
“Subscription Plan” means the tier of Service available to the User, including any free or paid plans offered from time to time, each with its associated features and usage limits.
“Tenant” means a distinct account within the Service's architecture, representing an individual user, team, or organisation. Each Tenant's data is logically segregated.
“User Data” means all data that you submit, upload, or generate through your use of the Service, including screenshots, analysis requests, conversation history, account information, and feedback.
“Web Application” means the web application accessible at seenzi.app, providing account management, analysis history review, usage statistics, and administrative features.
“Website” means the websites operated by Neuron Operations Limited at seenzi.ai and seenzi.app, including all sub-domains.
Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
1. All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Neuron Operations Limited, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. In these terms and conditions, Content includes, but is not limited to, all text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, AI models, algorithms, and software forming part of the Website, Extension, and Service. By continuing to use the Website, Extension, or Service you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this Website shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the Website without the owner's prior written permission.
2. You may, for your own personal use or internal business use only, do the following:
a. retrieve, display and view the Content on a device;
b. print one copy of the Content;
c. use AI-Generated Content for your personal or internal business purposes, including incorporating insights and recommendations into your own reports and analyses.
3. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes any Content without the written permission of Neuron Operations Limited. In particular, you may not use AI-Generated Content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop competing artificial intelligence models or services.
4. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any Content you may submit via the Website or Extension, including the legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright of any such Content. You may not upload to, distribute or otherwise publish through the Website or Extension any Content that (i) is confidential, proprietary, false, fraudulent, libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, infringing on intellectual property rights, abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable; (ii) may constitute or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party or that may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law; or (iii) may contain software viruses, political campaigning, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam”. You may not use a false email address or other identifying information, impersonate any person or entity or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any Content. You may not upload commercial Content on the Website or Extension.
5. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the Content you post; that the Content is accurate; that use of the Content you supply does not violate any provision of these terms and conditions and will not cause injury to any person; and that you will indemnify Neuron Operations Limited and its affiliates for all claims resulting from Content you supply.
Description of Service
6. The Service provides the following core capabilities:
a. Screenshot-Based AI Analysis: Users can capture screenshots of dashboard pages through the Extension's Side Panel, which are transmitted to our AI analysis engine for processing and returned as structured insight cards containing summaries, detailed analysis, risk alerts, and actionable recommendations;
b. Multi-Round Conversational Analysis: Users may conduct multiple rounds of analysis within a single session, with each round containing its own screenshot and AI-generated analysis cards. The Service maintains conversational context across rounds to enable progressive, in-depth analysis;
c. Follow-Up Questions and Summaries: After each analysis round, the AI generates recommended follow-up questions. Users may also generate cross-round summary reports to consolidate findings from multiple analysis rounds;
d. Conversation History: Analysis sessions are stored as conversations that Users can review through the Extension's history tab or the Web Application. Conversations are automatically archived after ninety (90) days;
e. Web Application: The Web Application at seenzi.app provides a management dashboard where Users can review analysis history, manage account settings, view usage statistics, and download the Extension;
f. Platform-Agnostic Design: The Extension is designed to work with any web-based dashboard, including but not limited to Neuron IoT Hub, Thingsboard, AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Grafana, Home Assistant, and custom dashboard implementations. The Service does not require integration with or modification of the underlying dashboard platform.
7. The Service is delivered through the following domains:

8. We may, from time to time, offer beta or experimental features within the Service. Such features are provided “as is” without warranty and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Beta features may be subject to additional terms.
Service Availability and Usage Limits
9. The Service is currently offered free of charge, subject to the usage limits set out below. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans in the future. If we do so, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via the Website or Extension before any charges take effect. You will not be charged for any feature unless you have affirmatively opted in to a paid plan.
10. The free Service includes a monthly analysis quota. The current quota and any future changes will be published on the Website. Analysis quotas reset on a calendar monthly basis. Unused analyses do not carry over to subsequent months.
11. If an analysis fails to complete due to a server-side error, infrastructure outage, or AI engine failure attributable to Neuron Operations Limited (as distinct from user-side issues such as network disconnection or submission of invalid screenshots), the failed analysis will not be deducted from your monthly quota.
12. Automated, scripted, or programmatic submission of analysis requests that disrupts the Service or degrades performance for other Users is prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts exhibiting usage patterns inconsistent with normal human-interactive use.
Screenshot Capture and Dashboard Content
13. The Extension captures screenshots only when you explicitly initiate a capture action through the Side Panel interface. The Extension does not automatically, passively, or continuously capture screenshots of your browsing activity. No data is collected from pages you visit unless you affirmatively initiate an analysis.
14. The Extension provides the following capture modes:
a. Element Selection: You select a specific element on the page by hovering and clicking;
b. Visible Area Capture: The Extension captures the visible portion of the current browser tab.
15. Screenshots are transmitted to our backend (api.seenzi.app) over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections, processed by the AI analysis engine, and stored on cloud storage infrastructure (Cloudflare R2). Screenshots are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. You represent and warrant that you have proper authorisation to access any dashboard pages you analyse using the Service, and in particular that:
a. you have been granted access to the dashboard by the dashboard owner, operator, or the relevant authorised party;
b. your use of the Service does not violate any access control policies, terms of service, or confidentiality agreements governing the dashboard;
c. any data visible in the dashboard that you capture is data you are permitted to view, process, and share with third-party services.
17. You are solely responsible for the content captured in screenshots. Neuron Operations Limited does not monitor, review, or moderate screenshot content prior to AI processing. You acknowledge that submitting screenshots containing sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or classified information is done entirely at your own risk.
18. Where Screenshots submitted by you contain personal data of third parties, you represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis under applicable data protection legislation to share that data with Neuron Operations Limited for AI analysis processing. You shall indemnify Neuron Operations Limited against any claims by third parties arising from your failure to obtain appropriate authorisation or lawful basis for sharing their personal data through the Service.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
19. AI-Generated Content is produced by artificial intelligence systems, including third-party AI models. It is provided for informational and decision-support purposes only and should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgement.
20. AI-Generated Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or otherwise incorrect. This includes but is not limited to:
a. misinterpretation of visual data, chart types, scales, units, or axis labels;
b. incorrect trend identification or anomaly detection;
c. hallucinated data points, values, or correlations that do not exist in the source material;
d. recommendations that may not be appropriate for your specific operational context;
e. inconsistent results when analysing the same screenshot multiple times.
21. AI-Generated Content does not constitute professional engineering advice, safety recommendations, regulatory compliance guidance, financial advice, medical advice, or any other form of professional opinion. You should always verify AI-Generated Content against original data sources and consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on it.
22. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neuron Operations Limited disclaims all liability for any actions taken or decisions made in reliance on AI-Generated Content, including but not limited to operational decisions, equipment adjustments, safety assessments, or financial determinations.
23. The Service is designed as an informational dashboard analysis tool. It is not designed, intended, or certified for use as a safety system, control system, or any system whose failure could result in death, personal injury, or physical property damage. You must not use AI-Generated Content as the sole or primary basis for adjusting, configuring, controlling, or operating any physical equipment, machinery, HVAC systems, electrical systems, building management systems, or any IoT-connected device. Any operational decision affecting physical equipment or human safety must be independently verified by qualified personnel using primary instrumentation and data sources before implementation. The disclaimers in the preceding clauses do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence as set out in the Limitation of Liability section below.
Data Isolation
24. The Service employs a multi-tenant architecture with logical data isolation at the database level. Each Tenant's data is segregated through tenant-specific identifiers applied to all database queries and API operations.
25. Your access to data within the Service is limited to data associated with your Tenant. Cross-Tenant data access is not permitted and any attempt to access another Tenant's data constitutes a material breach of these terms and conditions. Any such breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
Third-Party Services
26. The Service uses the following third-party services in the delivery of its functionality:
a. Dify — a third-party AI workflow platform used as the primary analysis engine. Your screenshots and related data will be transmitted to and processed by this third-party AI engine;
b. Railway — application hosting and backend deployment;
c. Cloudflare R2 — object storage for screenshots;
d. PostHog — anonymous product analytics for service improvement;
e. Google and GitHub — OAuth authentication providers.
27. References to third-party services in these terms and conditions do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Neuron Operations Limited. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party authentication providers (Google, GitHub) is subject to those providers' own terms of service and privacy policies.
Prohibited Use
28. You may not use the Website, Extension, or Service for any of the following purposes:
a. in any way which causes, or may cause, damage to the Website, Extension, or Service or interferes with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Website, Extension, or Service;
b. in any way which is harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable law, regulation, governmental order;
c. making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of Content protected by copyright without the permission of the owner;
d. reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Extension or Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
e. circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Service, including authentication mechanisms, rate limits, or access controls;
f. creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, or sharing account credentials with third parties;
g. using bots, scripts, crawlers, or any automated means to access the Service without express written authorisation from Neuron Operations Limited;
h. reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service or any part thereof without prior written consent from Neuron Operations Limited;
i. submitting screenshots containing illegal material, malware, or content designed to exploit or manipulate the AI analysis engine;
j. using the Service to process data in violation of applicable data protection legislation or in a manner that infringes the rights of any third party.
Registration
29. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
30. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide when registering by updating your account details or contacting us at support@seenzi.ai.
31. We may suspend or cancel your registration with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes or if you breach these terms and conditions.
32. You may cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing to support@seenzi.ai. If you do so, you must immediately stop using the Website, Extension, and Service. Cancellation or suspension of your registration does not affect any statutory rights.
33. You may register using an email address and password, or a supported third-party authentication provider (currently Google and GitHub OAuth). When registering via a third-party provider, you authorise us to access and use certain information from that provider in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
34. The Extension provides a limited guest mode that allows unregistered users to browse the interface. Guest mode does not permit analysis or other authenticated features. Guest mode Users are still bound by these terms and conditions.
Password and Security
35. When you register, you will be asked to create a password, which you should keep confidential and not disclose or share with anyone.
36. If we have reason to believe that there is or is likely to be any misuse of the Service or breach of security, we may require you to change your password or suspend your account.
Termination
37. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by:
a. uninstalling the Extension from your browser;
b. requesting account deletion by contacting support@seenzi.ai.
38. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, for:
a. violation of these terms and conditions;
b. engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
c. upon request by law enforcement or a competent judicial authority;
d. discontinuation of the Service or any part thereof.
39. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service terminates immediately. We will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule.
40. Prior to terminating your account, you may request an export of your User Data by contacting support@seenzi.ai. We will use reasonable endeavours to provide such export within thirty (30) days of receiving your request.
Links to Other Websites
41. This Website and Extension may contain links to other sites. Unless expressly stated, these sites are not under the control of Neuron Operations Limited or that of our affiliates.
42. We assume no responsibility for the content of such websites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them.
43. The inclusion of a link to another site on this Website or within the Extension does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those in control of them.
Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy

Availability of the Website, Extension, and Disclaimers
45. Any online facilities, tools, services or information that Neuron Operations Limited makes available through the Website or Extension (the “Service”) is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects and/or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality. Neuron Operations Limited is under no obligation to update information on the Website.
46. While Neuron Operations Limited uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website, Extension, and Service are secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, we give no warranty or guarantee in that regard and all Users take responsibility for their own security, that of their personal details and their computers.
47. Neuron Operations Limited accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website, Extension, or Service.
48. Neuron Operations Limited reserves the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any part (or the whole) of the Website, Extension, or Service including, but not limited to, any products and/or services available. These terms and conditions shall continue to apply to any modified version of the Website, Extension, or Service unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
49. Nothing in these terms and conditions will: (a) limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from our or your negligence, as applicable; (b) limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) limit or exclude any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.
50. We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond our reasonable control.
51. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuron Operations Limited accepts no liability for any of the following:
a. any business losses, such as loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, goodwill or commercial opportunities;
b. loss or corruption of any data, database or software;
c. any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage;
d. equipment damage or operational failures resulting from reliance on AI-Generated Content.
52. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neuron Operations Limited's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount of fees paid by you to Neuron Operations Limited during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one hundred United States Dollars (USD $100).
Indemnification
53. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neuron Operations Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
a. your violation of these terms and conditions;
b. your violation of any applicable law or third-party right;
c. your submission of screenshots that infringe the rights of any third party;
d. your unauthorised capture or analysis of dashboard content;
e. any claim arising from your reliance on AI-Generated Content.
Nothing in this clause requires you to indemnify us to the extent that the claim arises from our own negligence, wilful default, or breach of these terms and conditions.
Force Majeure
54. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the party's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, power outages, telecommunications failures, failure of third-party services, pandemic, epidemic, or government actions.
55. If a Force Majeure event continues for more than ninety (90) days, either party may terminate the affected portion of the Service upon written notice to the other party.
General
56. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
57. These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website, Extension, and Service from the date of publication. Users should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with the then current version.
58. These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.
59. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) shall not apply to these terms and conditions and no third party will have any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these terms and conditions.
60. If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
61. Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
62. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China. This clause does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence to bring proceedings in your local courts.
63. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws in your use of the Service, including but not limited to the laws and regulations of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong.
