It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this Website or the Extension, including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites or third-party IoT and BMS dashboard platforms.
4. For purposes of the applicable Data Protection Laws, Neuron Operations Limited is the “data controller”. This means that Neuron Operations Limited determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, your Data is processed.

b. email address;
c. contact information such as email addresses and telephone numbers;

6. We collect Data in the following ways:
a. data is given to us by you;

c. data is collected automatically.
Data That is Given to Us by You
7. Neuron Operations Limited will collect your Data in a number of ways, for example:

b. any client, user, and third-party data that is given by the client or user via API or other means.
Data That is Received From Publicly Available Third-Party Sources
9. We will receive Data about you from the following publicly available third-party sources:
a. other social media platforms.
Data That is Collected Automatically
10. To the extent that you access the Website or use the Extension, we will collect your Data automatically, for example:
a. we automatically collect some information about your visit to the Website and your use of the Extension. This information helps us to make improvements to Website content and Extension functionality and to enhance the overall user experience. For example, we may collect information about the pages you visit on the Website, the features you use in the Extension, and the duration and frequency of your sessions;
b. we will collect your Data automatically via Cookies, in line with the Cookie settings on your browser, and via the Extension's local storage (chrome.storage). For more details about Cookies and Extension local storage, please refer to the clause below (Cookies and Local Storage);
c. we collect anonymous usage analytics through PostHog (us.i.posthog.com), including extension installation events, feature adoption metrics, analysis request counts, onboarding step completion, and NPS survey responses. An anonymous identifier is generated locally and stored in chrome.storage.local on your device. This identifier is not linked to your identity unless you log in, at which point it may be associated with your user account for analytics continuity;
d. where you arrive at our Website via a Google Ads campaign link, we capture a Google click identifier (gclid) from the URL only where you have provided consent through our cookie consent mechanism, and store it in your browser's local storage for up to thirty (30) days. The gclid is used solely to attribute Extension installations and other conversion events to the originating advertising campaign for the purpose of measuring advertising effectiveness. If you decline consent, no gclid is stored; if you subsequently withdraw consent, any stored gclid is cleared from your browser.
Browser Extension Permissions
11. The Extension requests the following browser permissions, each used for a specific purpose:
a. “storage” -- to store your authentication tokens, preferences (theme, language), anonymous analytics identifier, and onboarding state locally on your device;
b. “activeTab” -- to access the current tab for Screenshot capture when you explicitly request an analysis;
c. “tabs” -- to read tab URLs for dashboard identification via URL fingerprinting and to manage authentication popup windows;
d. “sidePanel” -- to display the AI copilot Side Panel interface;
e. “scripting” -- to inject content scripts for element selection and Screenshot capture functionality;
f. “host_permissions: <all_urls>” -- content scripts run on all pages to enable dashboard analysis on any IoT or BMS platform. The Extension does NOT automatically capture, monitor, or record your browsing activity. Screenshots are captured ONLY when you explicitly initiate the capture.
12. We have implemented the following safeguards in relation to browser permissions:
a. no Data is collected passively or in the background;
b. Screenshot capture requires an affirmative user action each time;
c. authentication-related pages (auth.seenzi.app) are excluded from content script injection;
d. all data transmission between the Extension, your browser, and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption;
e. the Extension does not modify the content of any web page.
Our Use of Data
13. Any or all of the above Data may be required by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our Website and Extension. Specifically, Data may be used by us for the following reasons:
a. internal record keeping;
b. improvement of our products and services;
c. transmission by email of informational materials that may be of interest to you;
d. contact for market research purposes which may be done using email, telephone, fax, or mail. Such information may be used to customise or update the Website and Extension;
e. processing Screenshots through our AI analysis engine to generate insights, summaries, anomaly detection results, trend identification, and recommendations;
f. maintaining Conversation history for your review and reference;
g. enforcing usage limits associated with your subscription plan;
h. identifying dashboards via URL fingerprints to organise your analysis history;
i. managing your account, authenticating your sessions, and maintaining service continuity.
14. We may use your Data for the above purposes if we deem it necessary to do so for our legitimate interests. If you are not satisfied with this, you have the right to object in certain circumstances (see the clause below, Your Rights).
15. For the delivery of direct marketing to you via e-mail, we will need your consent, whether via an opt-in or soft-opt-in:
a. soft opt-in consent is a specific type of consent which applies when you have previously engaged with us (for example, you contact us to ask us for more details about a particular product or service, and we are marketing similar products or services). Under “soft opt-in” consent, we will take your consent as given unless you opt out;
b. for other types of e-marketing, we are required to obtain your explicit consent; that is, you need to take positive and affirmative action when consenting by, for example, checking a tick box that we will provide;
c. if you are not satisfied with our approach to marketing, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. To find out how to withdraw your consent, please refer to the clause below, Your Rights.
16. When you register with us and set up an account to receive our products and services, the legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract.
Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
17. We may share your Data with the following third-party service providers for the purposes of delivering the service:
a. Dify (ai.neuroncloud.ai) -- our AI workflow platform that processes Screenshots and generates Analysis results. Your Screenshots and related queries are transmitted to Dify for processing. The Dify instance used by our Service is self-hosted on infrastructure under the exclusive operational control of Neuron Operations Limited, based on the open-source version of the Dify platform. If at any time we utilise a third-party hosted AI processing service, we will ensure that a Data Processing Agreement compliant with GDPR Article 28 (or equivalent provisions under applicable Data Protection Laws) is in place with the relevant provider before any User Data is transmitted;
b. Railway -- our cloud hosting provider for backend application deployment, including PostgreSQL database hosting;
c. Cloudflare R2 -- object storage for Screenshot files, transmitted over encrypted connections;
d. PostHog (us.i.posthog.com) -- anonymous product analytics. Events are anonymised or pseudonymised and used solely for product improvement;
e. Google and GitHub -- when you choose to authenticate using OAuth, we receive only the profile information necessary for account creation (typically email, name, and avatar). We do not access your Google or GitHub data beyond what is needed for authentication;
f. SendGrid or SMTP providers -- for transactional emails such as password reset and account verification;
g. Google LLC and, where applicable for users in the European Economic Area, Google Ireland Limited -- subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (configured via Google Tag Manager container ID GTM-M9SZ95S4) and Google Ads conversion measurement to evaluate the performance of our marketing activities. Data shared with Google for these purposes is processed in accordance with Google's published data processing terms, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. No Screenshot content or AI-generated analysis results are shared with Google.
18. We do NOT:
a. sell your Data to any third parties;
b. share individual dashboard data or Screenshots with advertisers;
c. use your Data for purposes other than providing and improving the service as described in this Privacy Policy.
19. We may share Data:
a. when required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request;
b. to protect the security of our service;
c. with any of our group companies or affiliates, including Neuron Operations Limited and other Neuron affiliated companies;
d. with our employees, agents, and/or professional advisors, for the purpose of providing the service;
in each case, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
User-Submitted Content Containing Third-Party Personal Data
20. Screenshots submitted through the Extension may contain personal data relating to third parties (for example, names, contact details, or other identifiers visible on a dashboard). In respect of such third-party personal data:
a. you are the data controller for any third-party personal data contained within your Screenshots. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis under applicable Data Protection Laws to share such data with us for processing;
b. Neuron Operations Limited acts as a data processor in respect of third-party personal data contained in Screenshots. We process such data solely for the purpose of delivering the AI analysis you have requested, and we do not use it for any other purpose;
c. we recommend that you avoid including unnecessary personal data in Screenshots. Where practicable, use the Extension's element selection feature to capture only the specific dashboard components relevant to your analysis, minimising the capture of personal data.
Keeping Data Secure
21. We will use technical and organisational measures to safeguard your Data, for example:
a. access to your account is controlled by a password and a user name that is unique to you;
b. we store your Data on secure servers;
c. passwords are hashed using Argon2id, an industry-standard memory-hard hashing algorithm resistant to GPU-based attacks;
d. OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM (Fernet encryption);
e. authentication uses JWT with RSA key pairs;
f. all Data is isolated by Tenant -- each account's data is segregated through tenant-specific identifiers enforced in all database queries;
g. sensitive data (tokens, passwords, personally identifiable information) is redacted from application logs;
h. all data transmission between the Extension, your browser, and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption;
i. all user inputs are validated and sanitised on the server side, and SQL injection prevention is enforced through parameterised queries;
j. rate limiting is applied to authentication endpoints and analysis APIs to prevent brute-force attacks and abuse.
22. Technical and organisational measures include measures to deal with any suspected data breach. If you suspect any misuse or loss or unauthorised access to your Data, please let us know immediately by contacting us via this e-mail address: support@seenzi.ai.
23. If a data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours where applicable and will notify affected users without undue delay.
